This work was awarded the Historic Aiken Foundation’s 2011 President’s Award, given in recognition of outstanding rehabilitation of an historic building destined for demolition.

Refurbished 1970’s home, complete repaint, hardwood floors, bathroom and kitchen remodel.
Built two brick-gated entrances complete with landscaping for a 700-acre development. Constructed a 330’ x 180’ clear span riding arena with indoor polo facility. Installed 10,000 L.F. of four-board horse fencing.
Fabricated and installed 78 permanent horse stalls to replace portable stalls.
92 stall show horse barn is currently under construction the Highfield Events Center.
